Current Donation Hours and Accepted Items

Tuesday-Friday: 10-11am & 1-4pm 

Saturday 10am-1pm

We are currently accepting:

  • Unexpired non-perishables and fresh produce, fresh meat, dairy and grocery store gift cards.  (go to Food Pantry page)
  • Household items, kitchen, decor, clean linens
  • Diapers size 4, 5, & 6, baby wipes, cleaning supplies and hygiene items Baby Items not older than 3 years, clean and in excellent condition for giving.
  • Financial donations to keep our mission running!
  • Winter clothing & shoes - BIG BLACK BAGS ARE DIFFICULT TO PROCESS PLEASE DO NOT BRING DONATIONS IN THEM. 
  • Special donations - new and gently used handbags, new cosmetic & hygiene items and perfumes, new and gently used costume jewelry, new unused gift items.

We currently cannot accept:

  • Full house clean outs of any type
  • Black garbage bags full of clothing or item because they are very difficult for us to sort and process. 
  • Out of season clothing-we accept clothing reflecting the current season. Spring is now:)
  • Clothing with rips, stains or tears or Formal Wear
  • Furniture-email admin@hhrm.org to see if your furniture can be part of our "furniture match"

         to be picked up by a family in need.

  • No books except children's books and not entire libraries please. 
  • ANY items outside of our donation hours or when we are closed. This helps us to keep everything organized and keeps our parking lot safe during our distributions!
